Much has happened in the five years since we last visited Club Class Chauffeurs' head office in Sussex. The company has transformed itself from an ambitious local operator to a major player with almost national coverage. And it has done this through taking an original highly innovative approach to running its business. And its latest move could define a new business model for how to run a chauffeur fleet.

Traditionally, Club Class has bought its own cars largely Volvos - taking on new and used cars as required. But now, the company has entered a new relationship with medium-term leasing specialist Meridian Vehicle Solutions that will mean Club Class not only has one of the newest fleets on the road, it'll also have built-in seasonal flexibility, enabling it to respond rapidly to peaks and troughs in demand.
